Moving to Work
The Yakima Housing Authority is pleased to be part of HUD's Move to Work Program. Our mission is "building stronger communities through our commitment to safe and affordable housing." We believe that our participation in the MTW program will help us further our mission. We have a vision where YHA is able to maximize the number of households served through the voucher program and making changes to the voucher program to make it more efficient to operate, more likely to increase the self-sufficiency, and housing choice as well as the required activities related to landlord incentives.
